We offer a one bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedding configuration is Double in the Main bedroom which includes TV. In the Lounge there is a couch which converts to a double bed.

The bathroom is modern with shower, and handbasin. There is a separate toilet.

The laundry within the bathroom contains a fully automatic combination washing machine tumble dryer. There is also a iron and ironing board. All cleaning materials are provided to clean the apartment .

The kitchen contains an electric stove with cook top and oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, plenty of bench space. Full crockery and cutlery , saucepans, casseroles to cater for 4 people. Small eatery seating up to four people.

The lounge has LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound stereo and double divan.

There is an outside BBQ if desired.

There is off street parking available for one car. There is ample parking on the street for guests visitors.
